Don't modify the AutomaticUpdater -- just use our pre-built version (it's code signed, and doesn't have any extra junk in it). If you're still having problems after using our version of the AutomaticUpdater, you need to tell me exactly which anti-virus program, and exactly which version of the "virus definitions" you're using.

I am using AutomaticUpdaterWPF.dll in one of my projects but antivirus detect that library as a virus. Is there any way to avoid that?
