No we didn't have any sort of server error or downtime. My guess is they never activated their app and/or something on their side of things was blocking the connection to the activation servers.
We had a few customers who activated their applications on Oct 6. On Oct 7th they found the applications were not active. Looking at the activation counts on the license keys it clearly showed no activations had been done on the 6th. They did enter the licenses keys again and everything seems fine now. Was LimeLM possibly having work done or possible server side issues that might have caused this?

I am certain the app was useable whether it was actually activated or not. Something in my app believed it was activated. It was not one customer or just one key. But oddly the first time this has happened and happened the same day to two different customers each using 3 different products. It must be something on my side of things. Thank you. I will narrow it down.
If you let us take a look at your code -- or at least the startup code for your app we might be able to help you.
