"The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open."
This interrupted the update.Any suggestion?

You need to give us a lot more information. Where did this happen? Your app? wyUpdate? The AutomaticUpdater? Can you reproduce this? DId you modify wyUpdate at all? If so, don't -- use our pre-built version. At what step did this happen?

Thanks for the answer. I will try to give all the information required.
The error happens within the wyUpdate.exe update, at the end of the update process. It does download all the update, without issue, but it gives the error after this, when install. I did a little change over the wyUpdate code, but only one (when wyupdate.exe closes, launch a program), so I don't think that this could cause any issue; also, this problem appear to be related to this user only and no, I can't reproduce it.I guess this could be a single user problem (maybe some account/folder issue?), since we didn't have this kind of problem with the wyUpdate with other users.I have the latest version of wyUpdate.

We can't reproduce this. I'd recommend sticking with our pre-built version of wyUpdate. It already supports running application after the update.
