Check if the someone messed with the system clock

Is there any chance that we can check if somone messed with the system clock trhough Turboactivate library.We are trying to do it in C++.Can you provide us with an example?

Use IsDateValid(). That checks a date/time and detects different types of client-side time manipulation. And we're continually updating the fraud detection algorithm with new versions of TurboActivate.
