EkirshHi. I currently have 2 separate limelm accounts. They are under the usernames ekirsh and ekirsh99. Each are solo accounts. I would like to add a new product, and thus combine these two accounts under the username ekirsh. Then I can upgrade this account to the basic plan, and add another product. How can I go about doing this? End result, I want one basic account with the two existing products on it and room for one more. Thanks.
EkirshI have now upgraded the ekirsh account to basic. Can you please switch over the product 'JustCopIt Proxy Scanner' from ekirsh99 to ekirsh. Then cancel the empty account (ekirsh99). Both products (JustCopIt 4 in 1 Bot/JustCopIt Proxy Scanner) should be on the ekirsh basic account. Thanks a lot.
We've merged the 2 account and removed the ekirsh99 username. Sorry it took so long -- everything had to be processed manually. This is not something we have an automated system for (because we expect users to open a single account and add their products to that).
