Hello, we are getting a network adapter issue when trying to activate the software.

We tried enabling and updating the adapters, running the installer and app as admin and running the TurboActivate Wizard as admin with no luck. Two of our customers are having the same issue (with Windows 10 and 11).
Do you have any suggestion or debug procedure? Let me know if you need any other information.
The FAQ covers it. As does this forum post (which is just a more spelled-out version of the FAQ).
A ton more information is needed if you've (your customer) has *actually* followed the instructions.
The long and short of it is: update everything. There's no use in chasing down bugs that have already been fixed. And this is a driver and/or hardware problem. So, updating the drivers fixes this (and other) problems.
