ENABLE_NETWORK_ADAPTERSAnswered

Hi,

A customer has this error on activation. He has updated Windows 11, updated network adapters from the Realtek website, and confirms no adapters are showing as disabled. Using TurboActivate 4.4.4.

Get-WMIObject -Class "Win32_NetworkAdapter" | Format List * results are at https://pastebin.com/WfuJVynZ and show all real adapters as physical and all have a MAC address.

I emailed you on 12th Sept but have had no response.

Hey David,

I just checked, your email erroneously got filed in spam. Sorry about that. We'll tweak the configuration so that’s less likely to happen.

What version of TA are they using?

What version of Windows are they using?

Try running through this FAQ including restarting then running that PowerShell command to generate the log.

Hi Wyatt,

They are using TA 4.4.4. I'll post the Windows version and driver versions once I have them. You didn't include a link for the FAQ?

Has anyone filed a bug with Intel for card I225?  ticket ? - will file here too.
Often nothing works - and when it does it's only until next time wyday pokes it to check license then it disconnects.

It's pathetic to support if we need to uninstall driver over screenshare support and install a mega database of drivers for a single one and when aside from that user has no issue.  Main support issue here (as opposed to support for our products).

No, we haven't reported the bug to them. I don't know if any of our customers have.
