ActivateFromFile general failureAnswered

Hello,

one of the clients tried to activate on Win 10 in Azure Virtual Desktop, but:

- on activation online there is: wyDay.TurboActivate.InternetException: Connection to the servers failed.

- on offline activation the request is created properly, but when trying to activate there is:

wyDay.TurboActivate.TurboActivateException: ActivateFromFile general failure

Do you have any suggestions where to look for cause?

(license is set to work on virutal machines, we are using current version of turboactivate.dll)
