KeyGen ErrorSolved

Hello, 

I use my own script to acquire the key, and it has been working successfully until it stopped a few hours ago. Is this my problem? If the issue is on your end, could you please tell me how often this occurs with your system?

The error that I get - 
An error happened that shouldnʼt have. Weʼve been notified of the details and weʼre working to fix the problem.
