We don’t read Cyrillic-based languages, unfortunately.

What’s the translation? What’s returning the error? Etc.?

In short, a whole bunch more information is needed for us to help you.

I'm launching the Turboactivate application. This error message shows up immediately.

Translation is:

Turboactivate.exe - Application error
An error occured while starting the application (0xc0000005). To exit the application press “OK” button.

That's all, I press the OK button and the application immediately closes.

Answer

Follow the FAQ. Use the latest version. Make sure you're using the x64 version for x64 app, x86 version for x86 app.

If you still have trouble provide enough information. See the FAQ.

What information do you need?
1. I'm using latest dynamic version x86 for x86 application, here details https://postimg.cc/v4wyZhdP
2. I attached screens about Windows version above, here it is https://postimg.cc/FfDXGQkq
3. Error occurring when I'm launching Turboactivate application manually.
4. I can't reproduce this problem, this problem occurs only on his machine

That's the EXE, not the dll. What's the version of the dll? Does it match the architecture type, etc. of the machine.

We can't reproduce it.

If you're using the correct version of TA (latest, correct architecture), and your app is crashing, attach a debugger to your app and figure out why your app is crashing.

My guess? You're mixing-and-matching TA.exe and TA.dll version and/or architectures. Don't do that.

I told you TWICE THAT IT'S NOT MY APP CRASHING!
It is crashing Turboactivate.exe on starting!!! I launching it MANUALLY!

Here is Turboactivate.dll https://postimg.cc/RqWmYdLZ
I'm not stupid, I know that exe and dll latest and correct architecture, both of them x86.
They are included in my installation file, and it works on hundreds client's machines.
But not working here! We tried to reinstall Windows, but there is no result!

And so I turned to you! Because I do not know how to solve the problem, and you answer the same thing every time.

I double-checked everything, downloaded the latest Turboactivate files in one architecture, they are 100% correct.

and you answer the same thing every time.

We need a baseline of information to help anyone. Hence the FAQ. And you didn't provide it. Hence asking it multiple times.

Something is wrong with their computer. Try updating the BIOS and all the drivers.

Also, use the x64 version. That customer is using an x64 machine. No one really uses 32-bit machines anymore (the last ones in production were early 2000's – and those machines are dinosaurs).

What if I will use x64 version on Windows x86? A huge number of people in our region use Windows 7 32 bit. What will happen?

Ok, let's got with your FAQ step by step.
1. What version of TurboActivate, TurboFloat, or TurboFloat Server are you using?
I am using latest versions x86, you saw it.

2. What operating system is the customer running on?

Windows 10 Pro, x64. We have reinstalled Windows a few times.

3. Describe what the problem is
Turboactivate.exe is crashing when I'm launching it MANUALLY. An error window appears, which I gave above and an OK button. That's all, I press the OK button and the application immediately closes.
Usually the Turboactivate window opens and prompts you to activate the product

A huge number of people in our region use Windows 7 32 bit. What will happen?

Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft. No one is safe using it.

Also, follow what the last post said (update their BIOS and update their drivers). Something is wrong with the computer. We can't reproduce what they're seeing.
