Manual licensing issueAnswered

Hi,

I am not a developer, our developer is on holiday for the month.

We have a customer who licensed our software (standalone license) when connected to on an ‘air-locked’ / no-internet network.

Now, as soon as the customer disconnects from the network (the computer itself also does not have access to internet, in any way) the software prompts that they need to relicense, but now;

  1. When the enter the license key they originally used, it says license key is invalid.
  2. When they use a brand new license key we created for them, it says license key is invalid.

When we try to use the same set of license keys, they work.

When they try to remove the license, they are prompted that the software can not connect to the server.

What could be the reason for this issue? Any help will be appreciated!

Much more information is needed. https://wyday.com/limelm/help/faq/#useful-reports

Versions, functions called, parameters used, error codes, etc., etc., etc. Covered extensively in the FAQ (both what we need from you and how to get it).

This is almost certainly a problem that needs to be solved by a programmer at your company (using an old version and/or using the functions incorrectly). So, you should hire more programmers.
