network adapters Windows 11 ProAnswered

Hi all,

we just tried the following to fix the network adapter problem:

1. ran as admin(it did not work)

2. enabled all network adapeters (did not work)

Is there any known issue specific to Windows 11 Pro?

We are using the latest Wyday

Thanks a lot in advance

Thanks but drivers for all network adapters are already up to date. In spite of that the error is still there.

Any further hint?

Well, a lot more information is needed.

Start by collecting exact version numbers (Windows, each driver, TA, etc.).

Next, run all the powershell commands in the linked forum post to get al;l network adapters. Any physical adapter that doesn't show a MAC address is malfunctioning. Likely a broken driver install, out-of-date driver install, or the wrong driver for the network adapter. Fix that.

Also, fixing broken WMI can also be a solution: https://wyday.com/limelm/help/faq/#fix-broken-wmi
