temporary file location

Hi!

I have a case where a offline update constantly tells me that the latest version is installed which is wrong.The exact same installed version with same updater works perfectly on another machine.

On this machine were other (newer) versions of the application installed, is it possible that somewhere (in the registry or in temp files) are still some files hanging around from the newer version?If yes, could you point me to the location so i can delete that?
