Hey Dan,
Although we weren't able to reproduce this behaviour, we were wondering if it might be possible that TurboFloat server somehow overloads when requesting too many leases at a time?
Absolutely not; the TurboFloat Server can easily handle a small number of nodes like 100. They should open a task manager on the computer and see what's stealing all of the processor time and/or memory on the computer.
Also, they should open the TFS log and see if there are any notifications, warning or errors. Especially notifications that garbage data is being sent to and ignored by the TFS.
