oPryzeLPI have a question that I didn't think of until AFTER my program was released. Each update to my program, I give people the option to download it manually. In that manual download is a clean TurboActivate.dat. If they replace theirs with the clean one, will they have to re-enter their product key when it tries to connect to the server again?

No, they won't. That file just contains information relevant to your app & version. It doesn't contain the activation or trial data. That activation/trial/etc. data is stored elsewhere on the computer.
