AutomaticUpdater does not stop the service before update

I have an application that has a GUI and a service. The update has 2 actions configured, "Stop service" and "Start service". Both have the same service name configured as the service to be stopped or started.

During the update process, wyUpdate stops and indicates that a process has to be stopped in order to continue. The process is the service that was supposed to be stopped before initiating the update. If the process is killed and the update continues, it does start the service afterwards (this tells me that the service name is properly configured).

How can I troubleshoot this issue? Is there any logging that I can enable?

wyUpdate stops the services before the update begins and before processes are checked. Make sure you type the name correctly in wyBuild.
