It sounds like you're not adding all the files & folders into wyBuild. That's what you need to do. Add all files and folders to every version in wyBuild and let wyBuild do the comparison to generate the patches.
Hi All im evaluating wyupdate and so far i have to say pretty cool little app.
I do have one issue maybe the group can help with.
Our App has a single folder were the majority of our updates will be placed, In Update 1 i added a large (most of the files to this folder) which happened just fine.
Second update i tried to only add files to that folder and the updater took everything out of the folder except what i added as part of my second update.
What am i doing wrong here?

OK thats clearer, in the instructions on the site it said include all files in 1.1 in 1.1 but where its saying to include the files from 1.1 in the 1.2 folder its reading alot like include the files in 1.2 (there are none yet) in the new build.
Thanks very much for the quick response. and the fantastic product i couldnt be happier with it.
Quick side comment, when adding the Autoupdater.dll to my app is there a way to make it NOT hide while its downloading and checking for updates?

Yes, use the Animate property.
This only allow me to turn off the animation unless there is a property missing to keep it open?
It turns off the animations. Then, you set the size you want it to be.
