Error when clicking Build wyUpdate

Been using wyBuild without any issues for quite a while. When to build an update to an application. Followed same process as I've been doing for over a year. However, today when clicking on the "Build wyUpdate" button I got an error. The error states "Failed to build wyUpdate". I click on the associated "View Details..." button and the error is "client.wyc. The file cannot be accessed by the system."

Machine is Windows 8.1 Pro. No real changes to configuration except for normal processing of Windows Updates. Machine is not part of a domain. My account is an administrator.

Same problem if I try to create an update for another application (doesn't appear to be isolated to a single project).

Last time I produced an update was approximately 1 1/2 months ago. Up until today I've had no issues with wyBuild while using it on 10 applications with a combined 100+ updates over the course of 1 1/2 years.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling wyBuild and got the same result.

What should I be looking for to get this resolved? Is there a log file generated that may provide more information?

Thanks!

Stumbled into the solution. I am using a custom theme for my projects. The images referenced by my custom theme reside on a Skydrive/Onedrive. A couple of weeks ago I needed to free up some disk space on my computer so I instructed Skydrive to purge its local copies of files. Once I navigated to where the theme's image files resided and selected the "make available off-line" option, my problem went away.

(self-created) Problem Solved!

Great 🙂
