manual activation kicked off

We are working with a company that is having licensing issues we haven't seen before. We have tried online activation and because of the securities they were getting kicked off after 2 weeks. It would never connect after the initial activation because they couldn't activate on their main network. We attempted to enter proxy info but no dice. So we did manual activations. Now the manual activations are getting kicked off in a period of about 3 weeks... Has anyone else run into this problem? We have yet to see this and don't quite know how to fix it short of redoing a manual activation every 3 weeks. We have 30 licensed users so that's going to be impossible to sustain. Any ideas? Thanks! 🙂

What does that mean? Can you give me the exact error you're getting and from which function?

We have 30 licensed users so that's going to be impossible to sustain.

Are they running on VMs? Or do they have VM software installed on the machine? What operating system are they using? What version of TurboActivate are you using?

The version is 3.4.4. They aren't running on VMs but I believe they have they installed on their machines. It also seems to be a Mac problem, no PCs as of yet. So our licensing is set up so that after they activate online, it will do a license check after 1 week. If it doesn't find a connection it has a 1 week grace period and will try again in another week. If it still doesn't find the license then it says license not active and disables the software. On a manual activation though it shouldn't ever check again because we've done it offline. Even so, it's kicking them off. We have checked with IT and nothing is changing as far as hardware goes.

They should all be on Mavericks by now. We also haven't seen this issue anywhere else as of yet...

That's odd. Can you email me the product keys that this is happening for? We'll look into it.

My email is wyatt@wyday.com

I just sent an email with the key. Thank you!!
