Am I missing something?

I have the most recent version of TurboActivate.exe (11/05/2013) but I do not see the "Save the Activation Request file" button or the "Open the Activation Response file" button (for offline activations) anywhere on the wizard, under any circumstances.

I don't want to use the TurboActivate API because, working with government agencies as I mostly do, if they have a closed network then most most of the time they won't allow access to a commercial web site, only intranet sites.

Am I missing something?

It only shows under 2 cases:

1. If the trial has expired there will be an "Other options" button on the first screen of the TurboActivate wizard.

or

2. If the user tries to activate, and it fails because of an internet error, then they'll be presented with an error with an "More options" button that allows them to offline activate.

We do (1) so as to not clutter the start screen, making it intimidating. And we do (2) because online activation is much much easier than offline activation. Thus, they should at least try to online activate before offline activating.
