Offline trial extension running even after license activation

Hi,

A user who had previously asked for an offline trial extension just purchased a license and requested an offline activation. The activation went through successfully, but if they run the `'license-manager status` utility they get the response: `Connection to the server failed.

Status: EvaluationDays-Left: 38`

So it seems that the evaluation is still running. Can I safely assume that when the days run out it will transition to the normal license, or is there something else that needs to be done for this process to work correctly (perhaps the trial needs to be canceled first before activation)?

I don't know what that is. What TurboActivate function are you calling? And what is the response? Is the user connected to the internet? Can the user access "wyday.com" in their Internet Explorer?

It depends on how you coded it. If they're activated, then they'll be activated. If not, then not.
