You're right, we'll add that.

You can already do that. Just delete the account and it loses access immediately.

As an administrator, it looks like it's impossible to edit a user's account once it is created, asside the fact you can change the rights.
An admin account should be able to edit a user's profile and change its password (and deactivate the account).
