TurboFloatServer won't install on Windows 2008 R2 server

The TurboFloatServer activated just fine, but claims that the -i and -x switches are invalid options. The operating system is Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise, x64. It has Symantec Endpoint protection, but even with that disabled it isn't working.

Also tried the TurboFloatServer on a Windows 7 Enterprise x64 machine, and -i, -x, AND -h switches don't work (again "invaid option" error). The -a works fine, but nothing else.

In both cases we used the correct (x64) TurboFloatServer instance. We also tried the x86 versions, but that didn't work either.

Both machines are not VMs- they are real machines

It works just fine on my developer machine - Windows 7 Professional x64.

It almost sounds like the user might be copy & pasting the commandline options and something is turning the "dashes" into "smart dashes" (like what Microsoft Word does). Have the user type them in instead of copy & pasting.

Also, and this probably isn't the issue, but make sure they're running in an admin command prompt.

Yep, it was bad characters of some kind. Typed it out and it worked. Thanks!
