We recently bought WyUpdate for updating our program which is running in the task manger.
At some customers we'are meeting some issues that the update process keeps running. We tried to clear the cache sometimes this is works but not for everyone. The weird part is that at some customers the updater works great, could it be user rights issue?
What could we miss? Or should we look at?

We'are using the AutomaticUpdater.dllWindows 7 and higher.Net 4.0

I need a bit more information in order to help you. Are you saying the update process stops, or is it just that customers are noticing that sometimes wyUpdate runs in the background?
If it's the latter, then that's the normal behavior. Sometimes wyUpdate will stay running in the background & sometimes it won't. It really depends on whether there are updates or not (and a few other factors).
