new customer - 3 questions

1. Im on the basic plan. I understand that means I get 1200 activations. Does that mean that I get to issue a maximum of 1200 registration numbers or does it mean that I can issue as many registration numbers as I want but only a maximum of 1200 users can enter their registration number into my software to activate the software? In other words, if I issue registration numbers that are not used is that still counted toward my 1200 maximum?

2. Once I issue product keys to a product, can I delete them or move them to another product? If I do delete them, will they still count toward my account limit?

3. do you provide email support or phone support or is this forum the only means of getting questions answered?

No, you can create more keys in any other product (or that same product).
