Hey Alexandre,
We've already fixed this bug for the next version. In the fixed version, "-u" stops the service before uninstalling. We hope to get it out before the end of the week.
Hi guys,
When calling TFS with -u it would be nice that any actual running process be killed at the same time. So not only the service would be uninstalled, but it would not be running anymore in the process list.
Actually, calling -u uninstall the service, but the process is still running. (I think you can find the good service by comparing the exe path that calls -u versus the process path that runs in memory. So even if many instances of TFS are running, you would get the good one.)

That's great news. I'll be waiting for it then before our next release.
This has been fixed in TFS 3.5.4, out now. (You can get it here).
Hi Wyatt,
Thank you very much for this release and these four bug fixes and implementations! I'll be able to package it right in our new release today.
Best regards,Alexandre Leclerc
