Having to retype license key

Good morning,

Had the following report from a user:

"Twice recently I have started the program and it tells me it is not licensed and then I have to retype in my licence key to get it to work. "

Only this user reporting this; others seem ok. The product has been working fine for a year or so now.

Given that the license key info is stored on the local PC do you know of reasons why this might not be saved/corrupted or something? Have you heard of this before? (Sorry, search of this forum didn't bring anything up; but not quite sure what to search for!!!)

This will be a Windows PC, XP or Windows 7 (sorry, not got the info from the user yet).

We've just released TurboActivate 3.4.3. This should fix that problem. Read the changelog to see if there are any breaking changes (changes you should account for in your code) since you last integrated TurboActivate in your app.
