wyUpdate - Error during the update [Error trying to save file]

Hello,

some of our costumers aren't able to download our updates with wyUpdate.

They start the process fine and the download start, but it stops after a while.

The error is "Error trying to save file 'C:\Users\(...)\AppData\Local\Temp\(...)\(Update.wyu)"

Is there a way to fix this?

The error says also that the operation has been time out.

Ok, the download timed out. Get a more reliable server.

that would be a solution. However, for us, the problem isn't in the server because this error is related to only a few costumers. The 95% of the costumers can download the update without problem!
