Thanks for spotting this - we'll have this fixed for the next version.
I was testing my connection to my FTP server through the Upload your Updates > Edit Site > Connect buttons, and I went away to do something else for a few minutes. When I came back, I clicked Disconnect to close the menu before I uploaded the new wyUpdate files, and I received the following unhandled exception (clicking Continue to close the message then clicking Disconnect again brought me back to a usable state).
I noticed earlier that my server is configured to disconnect due to time out after 2 or 4 minutes, so presumably that's what caused this error.
