External component thrown exception - ERROR

Hello,

I am getting an error "An exception has been thrown by external component" when I try to run our software on a Windows Ultimate 7 PC.

The version of Turboactivate library is 3.4.0.0

Please let me know why this happens.

Please try TurboActivate 3.4.2. Tell me if you get the same error.
