User Configurable Update Server Site?

One of our customers is a large corporation and they would like to manage distribution of automatic updates to our software for users of our software internal to their corporation. Therefore, they would like us to provide them with the ability to host the software updates for our software on one of their own internal servers, so that they can control which updates get pushed out and when.

How would you suggest we go about this? Would we ask them to provide us with the IP address of their internal Update Server Site and then build them a customized ".wjc" file for internal distribution? Or, is there some way for us to allow them to change the Server Site address? Or, other?
