If you still have the wyBuild project file, you don't need to recreate anything. Just double click it and go from their. If you've forgotten the basics of wyBuild (I know there is a bit of a learning curve, unfortunately), then the step-by-step walkthrough is a good place to start.
Recreating Update Project

I have saved any data related to the update project: the project file, any output files, build files, etc., (entire HDD was saved) and it has been a while since I used wyBuild.
