What's the exact error code the function you're calling (IsActivated(), IsGenuineEx(), etc.) returns?
What version / platform of Windows are they running on? (e.g. Windows Vista x64)
I have experienced a situation twice where a user's app that is already activated says it needs to activate again.Shutdown and restart fixed the issue where the app ran as expected, they said it was likely that they let the computer hibernate or sleep overnight without rebooting right before it requested reactivation. Is it possible that hibernation or sleep from previous day could cause it to request reactivation? No VM,Windows, TurboActivate 3.3.4.0

I'm not sure exactly. this was a deployed app and I wasn't logging the exact error codes. It was just returning IsGenuineResult.NotGenuine as far as I can tell and launching the activation form.Windows 7 x64
The error code contains useful information. Can you reproduce this bug?
