What? Excuse my denseness, but what does trial extensions have to do with anything?
Trials are a set length. Trial extensions extend that length.
The only way a customer could have a trial that exceeded the set trial length is by using a trial extension.
Whether that was because someone on your team manually gave them trial extensions (or or many), they autogenerated trial extensions, or one or more of your user accounts controlling your LimeLM account is compromised.
Reset your passwords. Enable 2fa on all accounts. Regenerate API keys. And always ensure API keys are treated like passwords.
Why it is not fix it? You’ll delete these two trials and everyone will be happy. What’s the problem?
Because the trials will still exist on the customer’s machine. And if we delete the trial, the irony is that they’ll be able to do this all over again.
