It sounds like something on the customer's computer is intercepting the request and not handling it correctly. Tell them to disable all proxies -- or fix whatever is intercepting your download URL.
Error: Too many automatic redirections were attempted
AdiGriOne of my customer gets the following error when trying to check for updates: "Error trying to save file: Error downloading "my_update_server/wyserver.wys": Too many automatic redirections were attempted.".Any ideas of what is causing it?
The best way to test this error and to track it down is to copy & paste the full URL into Internet Explorer. The customer should get that same error (too many redirects), and from there the IT administrators can figure out which proxy is causing the problems (again, presuming the problem isn't on your servers).
