How to reinstall an update?

If a computer has already received an update, but a file is deleted by mistake, how can you force the updater to re-apply the previously installed update?

You can't. wyUpate doesn't have a "repair" ability. Just have the user reinstall your app.

Whilst I understand that you currently do not have this facility, this is a scenario I have personally come across several times, so can I request you add a flag that allows the updater to reinstall the last update.

Can you explain why you would need this? Why are your users breaking your app? Why are they fooling with the files? And if they are fooling with the files, why would a "repair" be necessary since they'll just fool with the files some more?

It sounds like you need to educate your users not to screw around with the files or bad things will happen.
