Hi, after an offline activation happens that my application switch into deactivated state after a reboot (Citrix environment). If I have 2 ActivationRequest.xml files, is it possible to know which components are changed between 2 different activations?

Thanks, Filippo Bottega.

It sounds like the user is booting onto separate hardware. So the user has a few options:

  1. Always boot to the same underlying hardware.
  2. Deactivate before shutting down or restarting their server instance, then activating again once they've rebooted.
  3. Use TurboFloat (out soon) to connect to a TurboFloatServer that sits somewhere on their network.

Thanks, my customer says that hardware is not changed but he has noted that after 2 weeks the ActivationResponse file no longer works. Do you know if the ActivationResponse file loses validity after 2 weeks?

Filippo.

Why is the user re-using an old "offline activation response" file? They only need to use it once an TurboActivate will remain activated.
