Turbo Activate and Extend Trial

While running a trial of my app when I run TA (latest version) but I do not see the Other Options option so that I can access Extend Trial

Does the ability to Extend Trial only become available once ther trial has ended?

Does that mean we cannot extend a user before expiry? (just to keep them running?)

From within the TurboActivate Wizard, yes. But if you use the ExtendTrial() function in your app, you can extend the trials at any time.

Why? Do your users request more days before the trial has expired?

We are using the standalone TA and Yes - been asked a couple of times now - it's when they know they're going to be away and still gettheir full value from the trial!

Whenver I tried to access TA.exe I could never see the Extend Trial option - hence my question

Ok, would a commandline switch that shows "More options" by default work for you? For example, something like TurboActivate.exe --moreopts

to be honest probably not. Myusers can;t cope with command line stuff

Anyway it happens only rarely and I can always give them a time limited product key if I need to do it
