Error - The client data file (client.wyc) failed to open.

Hi,

Can I rename Client.wyc file to some other meaningful name through code wyupdate-2.6.16.4-source?. When I try to change the client.wyc file to XXXUpdate.wyc, first time the updates worked fine but 2nd time onwards getting exception like "The client data file (client.wyc) failed to open".

Full details:

Could not find file 'C:\Test\rr\iuclient.iuc'.

may I know why this error is coming?

There's no need to modify the source. Just use the -cdata=<filename> commandline argument for wyUpdate.
