Turboactivate.dll crashing

I have one customer where he is getting a Windows crash upon starting up my application, and the crash report indicates "Modname: turboactivate.dll". He's on Windows XP SP3. It must be something specific to his installation because I have other customers who are working fine.

Any ideas what the issue might be, or what I should check for? Thanks!

There's not nearly enough information to help you. Firstly, a full crash report is needed (including at what point the crash is occurring). Secondly, what version of TurboActivate are you using? If it's not the newest version, then you should try that before doing anything else (we're continually improving our products).
