What counts as an activation

If I de-activate or revoke a product key, does it continue to count toward the maximum number allowed under my payment plan?

In case that's not clear, here's an example. Let's say I pay for 3000 activations under the Plus plan. I activate 3000 product keys. Then I deactivate or revoke one of them. Am I now at 2999 activations or still at 3000?

The plans are really counting "allowed activations". So, for the plus plan that's 3000 "allowed activations". When you create a product key with, say, 1 "allowed activation" it increments the total used activations immediately. A customer can then activate and deactivate the key thousands of times if they want and it will still only count as 1 used activation.

When you delete a key the total used activations goes down by the number of allowed activations for that key.
