x64 LimeLM on Linux

Hi, is there a 64-bit version of the shared library (libTurboActivate.so) available for Intel based Linux systems, or a way to create a 64-bit Linux executable that uses LimeLM?

Thanks,

Bill

Hey Bill,

Look in the "amd64" folder. That's the x64 version of TurboActivate for Linux.

Historical aside: the architecture is called "amd64" because it's an extension of Intel's x86 architecture developed by AMD. Intel then adopted AMD's changes for their "x64" processors.

Short answer: amd64, x64, 64-bit, all mean the same thing. Namely, it runs on an Intel-compatible x64 chip.
