License requires re-activate after each application restart

I have just one customer having this issue: He has to enter the key to activate each time the application restarts. The key is setup to store in the local machine, so the license server is not accessed.

For some reason, just his machine behave this way

Hard to say what the problem is without a lot more information.

Could be any number of a dozen things.

What info you need?

Everything covered in that FAQ, “I'm having a problem, how do I solve it?” (versions, functions called, parameters, errors codes, etc, etc).
