I'm trying to decide how to handle customer requests for floating licenses. It's been a while since the last update… I'd like to avoid spinning up my own servers for each customer and also avoid requiring the customer to run a server as a requirement for my product. Thanks!

We don’t give estimates. We want it out soon and are working to get it out soon.
In the meantime there are several options (including hosting TFS on your own infrastructure).
