Disabled network interfacesAnswered

I have a customer running on Windows 10 who cannot activate my product and is getting the ‘TA_E_ENABLE_NETWORK_ADAPTERS’ error.

I have asked them to update Windows to the latest version, to ensure all of their drivers are enabled and still they get the error. I am not using the static library.

I have sent them a copy of the latest version of the TurboActivate wizard. They have run that and are still getting an error. 

Please help me to work out what is wrong.

Covered in the FAQ:  TurboActivate is returning "TA_E_ENABLE_NETWORK_ADAPTERS" or throwing the "EnableNetworkAdaptersException" exception, why?
