Hey David, we're improving the export wizard in about a month to give you full export ability in a few different formats (CSV, XML, etc.).
In the meantime you can use the web API to export all your data in either JSON or XML formats.
Dave SIs there a way to backup all my customer details and product keys and features etc etc in case of disaster?
I have tried the standard export but that to give only a list of email addresses
