Desktop Icon Question

Hello,

I have an app that is made up of two words with no spaces: "abcxyz.exe". I create the shortcut by right-clicking the file and dragging the shortcut to the Common Desktop folder. So when the update runs, I get a shortcut named "abcxyz" but what I need is "abc xyz". How can I do that?
