It sounds like your server is timing out (I can't read spanish -- I'm using a machine translator). Look at your FTP logs on your server to see why the connection is timing out.
When I build an update and click Upload updates the process initialize ok but returns error
Failed to upload updates. When I view details it says: Failed to upload file "Stmoda 1.0 to 1.1.wyu".No se puede escribir datos en la conexion de transporte,Se produjo un error durante un intento de conexi ya que la parte conectada no respondio adecuadamente tras un periodo de tiempo o bien se produjo.
If I verify FTP site they are 2 files "Stmoda 1.0 to 1.1.wyu" and wyserver.wys.
the file file stmoda all to 1.1.wyu not is transfered.
The file size is 90 MB for Stmoda 1.0 and Stmoda.all.
Thanks,

I upload manualy 3 files to FTP server and try to execute wyupdate. Result, after first file download. I see FTP log and last action is Transfer OK.
It's possible that two files of 90 MB produce this error to updater? It seem that it download ok first file but not try to download second file.
Thanks,
I was talking about the transfer log for the failed upload. Looking at the transfer log for sucessful downloads isn't useful in debugging why your server rejected the 90 megabyte upload.
My guess is that your FTP server is limiting the large update for some reason. Or your on a shared host an it had a hiccup.
Try reuploading the files. Can you reproduce this?
I change FTP server and all is OK.
Thanks for your support.
