The wyserver.wys failed to download (or you only got a partial download). Just cancel the update and retry checking -- that will fix it. (You'd have to view your server logs to see why exactly the customer's download got cut off.)
Checking for updates fails when using the wyDay.Controls.AutomaticUpdater giving this error: "bad read of entry 0 from compressed archive."
When I then close the application and open the wyUpdate.exe in the application folder the update runs successfully. Permissions for the folder are full control for all users. This error has not occurred with previous versions. Why would this be happening if the AutomaticUpdater control just calls the wyUpdate.exe?

Hi,
I got something similar right now.
When I test updates it works on drive d and when I copy the complete folder to drive e (reset the client.wyc file) the update stucks and is not downloading the files. It's really a 1:1 copy of the same directory on the same machine.

What's the error you're getting? Do you get this problem using our version of wyUpdate?
Hi,
I get no error, the update is just "hanging", nothing happens. Just the rotating progress cycle.
And yes, for testing purpose I used your wyUpdate.
