You can't delete products (we do this to prevent users from accidentally deleting all their product keys). You can shoot us an email and we'll delete it for you.
You can edit all the versions and products. On your dashboard, click the product name, then on the right hand side of the page click "edit product".

Yes, just edit the product name on the product page.
